The name
Nua means delicious
Nua means delicious in the native language of the North-Eastern region of Thailand, where Sayrung was born. It is also a slang commonly used around Thailand to describe the flavour of food that is incredibly good.
Nua is where my passion and experience about food with an authentic taste is gathered and presented to you in a way where you will have a new and good experience about Thai food.
